At a young age I discovered my true vocation: to help the right person find the right house.

I was born in 1966 in Monte Argentario, in the gorgeous Tuscan province of Maremma, where I spent all my childhood and teenage years studying and pursuing a passion for football.
At the age of 24, I began my professional career at a real estate brokerage and accounting firm.

Not long after, however, I left to focus on what I had discovered to be my vocation: to help the right person find the right house.

In 1994 I joined what, at the time, was one of the leading real estate networks in Italy.

Taking such a decision allowed me to improve and refine my skills as I was being continually measured against other high-calibre professionals.
Over the years I found my work more and more rewarding and gained increasing approval, to the point where I was viewed as benchmark for professionalism in the area.

In addition, I successfully opened four agencies covering the entire Maremma area.

At the beginning of 2001, I was met with a momentous challenge. Due to the quality and wide-spread recognition of the results I had achieved, I was approached by the leading national luxury brand of the time to set up an initial pilot project with a view to developing a franchising scheme.

Very soon this took up all of my time and allowed me to widen my vision for the real estate business.

Meeting brand leader, Coldwell Banker – it was love at first sight

During this time, my friendship with Roberto Gigio grew.

After a number of trips, we started working together, opening and managing a number of offices in central Italy.

In 2009, Roberto and I founded Coldwell Banker Italy, introducing the country to the know-how of this prestigious global brand. We became respectively President of Coldwell Banker Italy and Head of the Luxury Division at Coldwell Banker Global Luxury Italy.
I am passionate about my work, showing determination and flexibility, but more than anything else, I am a consummate expert in the field of negotiation and in the psychology of property purchasing.

Over the years I have shown honesty and professionalism with the result that, to date, I have sold a total of over 1000 properties and have 25 years of industry experience.
