“Liz Taylor and Richard Burton’s refuge in the 1960s”
We are in one of the most popular, exclusive, and renowned areas of the entire “Costa d’Argento”. Often when one thinks of Monte Argentario, the combination with Cala Piccola is simply automatic, the locality is so famous!!
Cala Piccola is synonymous with breathtaking sunsets, with warm colors ranging from pink to red, from shades of orange to yellow and which are reflected on the clear and crystalline waters of the sea. Cala Piccola means clean water where you can dive or snorkel or simply swim with the sensation of being in a saltwater pool.
It is a fascinating cove although it is one of the smallest on the promontory. Initially, it was called Cala dei Piatti, a name that was later taken up by one of the two consortia (Cala Piatti and Cala Piccola) that provide access to the sea with exclusive platforms.
Public access to the beautiful waters of Cala Piccola is exclusively by sea, while the beach is for the use of the consortium members and for those who own a home within the area.
In Cala Piccola, about 100 meters far from the sea, we find the famous Hotel that arises from the Saracen tower built by the Pisans in the fifteenth century called Torre di Cala Piccola and from which the Hotel takes its name.
The consortium develops all around the cove and hosts some of the most beautiful properties in Italy. Superb apartments or prestigious and luxurious villas located on the green hills of the promontory boasts an unforgettable and unique view of the Giglio Island.
Our portfolio boasts a wide variety of properties that are located within the consortium:
Coldwell Banker Global Luxury: unique properties.
Indipendent house and apartments.
